COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Primary Care (FM & IM) 

• Compensation: $225,000 base
• As you build your patient panel, you become eligible for incremental $25,000 bonuses, at a fully ramped panel of 400-450 patients, the income potential is $300,000
• Sign-on bonus: $25,000
• Other benefits: 24 days PTO, CME days, CME allowance, covered malpractice (tail covered), relocation, and aggressive investment plans with company matching

• 100% Outpatient, Monday through Friday, no weekends
• Small patient panel, fully ramped panel of 400-450 patients

• Candidates must be Board Eligible or Board Certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
