Primary Care Physician - Your Gateway to Comprehensive Healthcare

Role Overview:
As a Primary Care Physician, you'll be at the forefront of patient care, providing comprehensive medical services and fostering long-term relationships with patients of all ages. Your expertise will be crucial in promoting preventive care, managing chronic conditions, and coordinating specialized treatments.
Hours: Monday - Friday 8a to 5p (no call)
Salary: $235,000 - $255,000 + bonus
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough patient examinations and develop personalized treatment plans
Diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions
Provide preventive care services, including health screenings and immunizations
Prescribe medications and monitor their effectiveness
Refer patients to specialists when necessary and coordinate follow-up care
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
Stay updated on the latest medical advancements and best practices
Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention
Qualifications:
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
Completed residency in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or related field
Board certification or Board eligibility in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics.
Active AZ state medical license, or willingness to obtain AZ licensure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
Proficiency in electronic health record systems
Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous quality improvement
