Role Overview:

As a Primary Care Physician, you'll be at the forefront of patient care, providing comprehensive medical services and fostering long-term relationships with patients of all ages. Your expertise will be crucial in promoting preventive care, managing chronic conditions, and coordinating specialized treatments.

Hours: Monday - Friday 8a to 5p (no call)

Salary: $235,000 - $255,000 + bonus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough patient examinations and develop personalized treatment plans

  • Diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions

  • Provide preventive care services, including health screenings and immunizations

  • Prescribe medications and monitor their effectiveness

  • Refer patients to specialists when necessary and coordinate follow-up care

  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records

  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

  • Stay updated on the latest medical advancements and best practices

  • Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention

Qualifications:

  • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school

  • Completed residency in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or related field

  • Board certification or Board eligibility in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics. 

  • Active AZ state medical license, or willingness to obtain AZ licensure. 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team-based environment

  • Proficiency in electronic health record systems

  • Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous quality improvement
