Candidates who are Board Certified or Board Eligible, trained through Allopathic (MD) or Osteopathic (DO) pathways, and either American Medical Graduates or Foreign Medical Graduates are considered, provided they hold US Citizen or Green Card work status. Physicians currently in training, recently trained, or experienced are all eligible to apply. The practice is located in a community of 100,000–499,999 residents.
