Looking for a Gastroenterologist to join busy hospital-employed group practice with three other doctors. Doctors are seeing 10-15 patients per day. Hospital has Olympus scopes and video equipment everything is monitored and a new Provation Medical Documentation System (electronic medical record sends orders to office post op notes dictated and printed consults to other physicians - helps with coding and billing). The Provation system does interface with the Olympus system. All 180 scopes and soon to be getting 190 scopes. Brand new HD monitors in every room. All endo rooms are former OR rooms. Currently doing approximately 15 ERCP’s/mo. Base salary of $481000. 4 weeks plus holidays/sick days (29 PTO days). CME/Books & Journals: 5 days and up to $5000. 2 year contract includes 457 plan and 403b plan with employer match up to 2% of salary. Moving expenses up to $10000. Full malpractice coverage. 15% sign- on bonus up to $50000. Student loan repayment = $25000 per year for up to 8 years = $200000. Pay for call program. Recent renovations and upgrades to the facilities. Southern Ohio is a beautiful centrally-located region near West Virginia and Kentucky.
