The retirement of a physician and increasing patient volume require the addition of a GI physician able to see a steady stream of outpatients in a week and perform a large volume of procedures on a yearly basis. The remaining partner shares weekday and weekend call with another private group on campus, 1:5 weekday/weekend. Choose to be an employee of the practice, be on a partnership track or set-up a Solo practice and share overhead expenses including the practice's Nurse Practitioner. ERCP training is preferred, but not required.
