• 7 on / 7 off rotation with 24-hour call shifts
• 10 - 20 patients per day with 10 admissions per night
• Hospital-based inpatient gastroenterology practice
• 3 dedicated GI APPs for endoscopy and floor support
• ERCP required along with inpatient GI procedures
• Ongoing coverage until replacement is found
