A nationally recognized health system is seeking a talented Gastroenterology Hospitalist with advanced endoscopy skills to join its established team in Augusta, Georgia. This is an outstanding opportunity for a physician who enjoys inpatient care while performing advanced procedures in a highly collaborative environment.
The incoming physician will work a desirable 7 on 7 off block schedule, providing inpatient gastroenterology consultative services while performing ERCP and EUS. You will join an experienced team with strong subspecialty support and receive mentorship from a respected advanced endoscopist, making this an excellent opportunity for both experienced physicians and exceptional 2027 fellowship graduates.
This position is based at a large tertiary care hospital with more than 800 beds, dedicated medical and cardiovascular intensive care units, and access to a broad network of specialists. The health system includes 22 hospitals, more than 2,500 physicians, and over 700 outpatient practice locations, offering long-term stability and exceptional resources.
