Permanent Gastroenterology Job in California

• Medical Foundation-affiliated employed position (W-2)
• Seeking bread and butter GI physician; ERCP/EUS training a plus (potential to build up to 15% of practice in Advanced Endoscopy)
• To join 3-physician GI department
• Call will be 1 in 4 – Taken from home; compensated
• Screening colonoscopy appointments for new patients currently being booked out 4-6 months
• Busy from day one strong referral base already established

• Medical Foundation manages all administrative duties for physicians including marketing staffing billing/collecting etc.
• Offices located adjacent to 465-bed Medical Center
• Compensation package includes salary guarantee (based on FMV guidelines) relocation package full health/dental/vision benefits package 401k deferred compensation plan CME allowance malpractice/tail insurance coverage
• Income is based on productivity (wRVU model) after guarantee period
• Extremely flexible model - physicians determine their own work load and schedule; income is commiserate to production
