PRACTICE SPECIFICS

• FP call is 1:8 for weekends and evenings. FP doing OB call is 1:4 or community OB call option
• Clinic is adjoining Medical Center a modern CAH with 24/7 ER coverage
• Nurse Triage 24/7
• Onsite Cancer Center Regional Heart Center and Women’s Health Program
• Clinic of 24 providers including internal medicine family medicine gynecology ortho podiatry surgery pediatrics neurology radiology; plus outreach specialty support
• Chronic disease management nursing on site
• EPIC electronic medical record
• PACS radiology and a high complexity in-house laboratory help provide state-of-the-art care

• BC/BE Family Practice w/OB C-sections optional
