a family medicine, internal medicine, or IM/Peds physician to join an
established practice in an outpatient setting!
PRACTICE SPECIFICS - J1 CONSIDERED
The Essentia Primary Care Physician works as a
leader of a Care Team. Utilizing Essentia Care Processes, the physician works
collaboratively with other health care team members to achieve patient care
objectives and to provide continuity of care for patients and families.
• Outpatient practice - no inpatient/hospitalist
coverage required
• Highly-engaged Primary Care team currently
consisting of 1 internist, 1 family physician and 1 pediatrician as well as 4
nurse practitioners
• Optometry and surgery also on site with
outreach service from many other specialties
• Work schedule: 32-36 patient contact hours per
week
• Clinic patients average 16-18/day
• OB is optional
