This Family Practice (w/OB) opportunity in Park Rapids, Minnesota, is offered as a Solo/Independent Practice arrangement, one of several practice structures under which this role is available. SPECIFICS
The Essentia Primary Care Physician works as a
leader of a Care Team. Utilizing Essentia Care Processes, the physician works
collaboratively with other health care team members to achieve patient care
objectives and to provide continuity of care for patients and families.
• Join our primary care team of 10 physicians
and 14 advanced practitioners.
• Outpatient practice. Opportunity for inpatient
and nursing home rounds if desired.
• Procedures and OB services welcome but not
required.
• Full time is 32-36 hours a week. Part time
opportunity available.
• Daily patient volume per physician is
15-20
• Telephone call is 1:10
• Other specialties include Surgery and
Behavioral Health
• NHSC and state loan repayment site
