Practice is 37 years old with great following. Physician is wanting to retire as he is 67. Practice will operate 5 days for now - when we add a second physician we will add 5 hours on Sat and some extended hours during the week to catch those working people from Baltimore and Washington. All insurance and Medicare - no Medicaid Excellent staff and all will stay compensation - Base 165 to 185 plus incentive plus benefits - 4 weeks vacation and 9 holidays, Liability insurance, health insurance and shortly a 401K
