This Family Practice (w/o OB) position in Richmond, Virginia is offered as a Single-Specialty Group opportunity. You would join an established practice of physicians in your own specialty, where clinical infrastructure, staffing, billing, and administration are already in place. Call within the group is shared on a 1:4 rotation, and the role carries no emergency department call. The position is structured as a permanent role under an employment agreement with production bonus, supported by an income guarantee and formal contract.
