We are currently looking for a qualified Medical Director to be instrumental in H-E-B's health care delivery. The Medical Director will be responsible for leading various service lines and overseeing providers and healthcare professionals.

Requirements:
- MD or DO degree from accredited medical school
- Board Certified
- TX medical license, no restrictions
- Exceptional leadership skills
- Previous Medical Director experience overseeing multiple locations and/or large team
- Excellent oral and written leadership communication skills
- Advanced knowledge of compliance standards in related areas: industry, OSHA, EEOC and Employment Law
- Fundamental computer literacy and proficient in Microsoft Office applications
