This Family Practice (w/o OB) position in Dallas, Texas is offered as a hospital- or clinic-employed arrangement, with a companion option available through a Community Health Center/FQHC. As a W-2 employee under either structure, you would work within an employer-administered arrangement, with compensation, benefits, malpractice coverage, and scheduling handled by the organization, allowing you to focus on clinical care rather than practice administration.
Compensation for this role may be structured as an income guarantee, straight employment, or an employment agreement with a production bonus; the financial offering is listed as Open. This is a permanent position with no patient call and no emergency department call responsibilities.
Candidates who are board certified or board eligible, trained through allopathic or osteopathic programs, and either American or foreign medical graduates are considered, provided they hold U.S. citizenship or a green card. Mission East Dallas Family Health Center (MED) is a Federally Qualified Health Center providing primary Medical, Behavioral Health, and Dental care services to the communities of far East Dallas, Mesquite and surrounding areas. MED is one of the few providers in the area that offers affordable care to the medically underserved in our community. As a Level 3 accredited Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH), we provide comprehensive and coordinated services to a culturally diverse patient population
Mission East Dallas (MED) is growing! We need our next provider to join our team. We provide medical, dental, and behavioral (counseling) health services to individuals and families.
MED needs our next Family Practice Physician to join MED to and through our next phase of growth. Great opportunity for a seasoned or up and coming FNP.
We are currently in 12,000 square feet and offer medical, dental, and behavioral health services. There are plans for 1 to 3 additional sites in the next 12 to 24 months.
Clinic hours are Monday-Thursday 7:30am-6pm, Fridays 7:30am-1pm. Patients served range in age from 0 to 75+. The Family Practice Physician will be part of an interdisciplinary team of mid-levels and clinical support staff.

We are looking for Family Practice Physician with Community Health Center (CHC)/Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) experience. Board Certified with 3+ years of clinical experience.
