Hospital employed medical group is looking to add family practice physicians due to increasing patient populations. The group currently consist of 16 physicians and 5 locations. They work outpatient only and the hours are 9 to 5 Monday to Friday. Phone call is shared amongst all the physicians so it turns out to be 6 weekends per year. The hospital has 100 beds and over 250 physicians on staff. It’s also teaching hospital with family practice internal medicine emergency medicine and orthopedic surgery residency programs. Average earnings for the group with base and bonuses is between $175000 to $225000. They provide malpractice with tail insurance relocation $3000 CME allowance and 5 days off 18 vacation days 403b and 401k retirement plans short and long term disability health/dental/vision and more. The city has 45000 residents and is the fastest growing in the state right now. Its steep in history with numerous museums. The area boasts several state parks and is in the wine producing region.
