This Family Practice (w/o OB) position in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania is offered as a hospital/clinic-employed arrangement. In this structure, you would be a W-2 employee of the hiring organization, which handles compensation, benefits, malpractice coverage, and scheduling, and provides the clinical facility and supporting infrastructure. This setup is designed to reduce business and administrative responsibilities so you can focus on clinical care.
Compensation for this role combines an income guarantee with straight employment and a production bonus component, with the financial offering listed in the $225,000–$249,999 range. Relocation assistance and loan assistance are available. Patient call follows a 1:6 or better rotation, and there is no emergency department call associated with this position. Partnership is not part of this arrangement.
The role is open to candidates who are Board Certified or Board Eligible, including MD and DO trained physicians, AMGs and FMGs, and applicants across a range of experience levels from those currently in training to very experienced physicians. Work-status eligibility includes US Citizens, Green Card holders, and H-1 visa candidates.
