A leading health system in the Midwest is seeking a BC/BE, fellowship-trained Palliative Medicine Physician to join its growing team at the campus in Fargo. You will join an established and collaborative team that includes one experienced palliative medicine physician and three dedicated Advanced Practice Providers, along with strong interdisciplinary support focused on delivering compassionate, patient-centered care. The position offers a highly desirable schedule with clinic hours Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with flexibility available to support work-life balance. Currently there are no call requirements, giving you the ability to focus on clinical care, teaching, and professional development, though call expectations may evolve in the future. This role also provides the opportunity to teach and mentor residents as well as Hematology Oncology Fellows, making it ideal for physicians who enjoy academic involvement and shaping the next generation of providers.
