Looking for a 100% outpatient Family Practice physician. This office which was remodeled in 2011 has a convenient location and currently has 2 physicians and 2 mid-level providers. Each physician has 3 exam rooms and each mid-level has 2 exam rooms. There is ample space for additional providers. This is an outpatient-only practice and the patients are mostly adult/geriatric with high acuity. The office is open weekdays.
