Join a Successful Group with openings throughout North Carolina. The role is that of Primary Care provider to a mostly geriatric population in Assisted Living Facilities and Independent Living Facilities. About 20% of patient visits are in private homes.  

• Average patients per day - 15
• Average locations per day - 2
• Days per week - 4 seeing patients 1 day admin
• Call - one weekday night rotating among other Mid levels every couple of weeks or so (depends on how many on staff) telephone only
• Electronic Medical Records experience and proficiency are a must

• Strong base pay with performance based pay (% of each encounter)
