Family practice physician for general primary care including pediatrics will assist with hospital and extended hour coverage while providing diagnosis treatment consultation and follow up for patients receiving primary health care services at Center Health Care locations. Assures optimum health care for patients/clients including preventative and routine care according to current professional guidelines and best practice. Promotion of health through early recognition of health problems and timely interventions. Manage common acute and chronic medical conditions and perform ambulatory diagnostic procedures and simple surgeries. Provide anticipatory health guidance to patients and their families. Graduate degree (Masters Doctorate) in field of MD or DO. Specialized training license certification skills: Residency training in Primary Care/Specialty. Board Certification within five years if not certified at the time of hiring.
