Physician / Family Practice / Long Island, NY FP Physician needed in Long Island, New York. • The successful candidate will be working at our headquarters in Long Island City, where we van in patients from various shelters throughout the five boroughs. • The salary is a base of $130,000 plus incentive and full benefits. • The base salary assumes that a provider will see 15 patients|day, and they earn $25 each for patients 16, 17, and 18, and $50 for patients 19 and up. • Historically, the providers at this location has earned an annual salary of $165,000-191,000. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision (employee pays a portion bi-weekly, we provide the benefits), 403(b) with 4% employer match after one year of employment, employer paid supplemental STD, LTD, AD&D, and Life Insurance, flexible spending accounts, four weeks of vacation, 12 personal days, 11 paid holidays, and our sites also qualify for loan forgiveness.
