Hospital / Clinic Employed Family Practice (w/o OB) Job in Watertown, New York
This Family Practice (without OB) role in Watertown, New York is offered as a hospital/clinic-employed position: you would work as a W-2 employee, with the employer administering compensation, benefits, malpractice coverage, and scheduling, and providing the clinical facility and infrastructure. This arrangement is designed to let you focus on clinical work rather than business administration. The same listing also notes options for a multi-specialty group setting and an admin/medical director role, so the structure may be paired with one of those depending on how the position is finalized.
Compensation is structured through an employment agreement with a production bonus, and the financial offering is listed at the national average tier. There is no emergency department call associated with this role.
The position is open to candidates who are board certified or board eligible, trained as MD or DO, including both American medical graduates and foreign medical graduates, and who hold US citizenship or a green card. Physicians at any stage — recently trained, experienced, or very experienced — are considered. The role is based in a community of less than 10,000 residents.
