PHYSICIAN - PART-TIME
SUMMARY: A Family Practitioner to provide primary medical care to patients including diagnosis, treatment, consultation and follow-up in a strictly outpatient setting; will be expected to provide high quality of care for all patients on their panel, and have a desire to be an integral part of a developing team of clinicians dedicated to changing health care delivery in this area; provider will also be expected to participate in QA/QI initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS: Graduate from an accredited medical school; valid N.Y.S. medical license required; DEA registration; board certified in Family Practice or Internal Medicine; BCLS or ACLS/PALS certifications; ability to attain privileges in community hospitals; proficient in electronic health record (EHR); 2-3 years clinical experience; excellent time management skills a must; bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
