• Tuesday 8am - 4:30pm and Thursday 9:30am - 6pm schedule
• Light patient load -- approximately 5 patients per day
• Outpatient setting
• Workers compensation experience required
• Basic suturing and women's health experience needed
• Treats newborn through geriatric patients
• Hospital privileges required
• Board certified or board eligible required
