Minnesota community looking for a Traditional Family Medicine Physician to join their growing team
Need:
- 1 Family Medicine provider needed for Traditional Medicine
Practice:
- Clinic, 12-bed IP unit w/swing beds, 36-bed housing unit for ages 62 and over, 2-bed ER
Current Staff and support staff:
- 2 MD’s, 2 NP’s, 2 PA’s
Schedule:
- 4-day work week 8am-5pm
- 14-16 patients per day
- Call: 1 weekend a month Friday 5pm-Monday 7am. Weekday call shared with other providers. Coverage needed: ER/IP/Care Center 1-2 days a month
Financials:
- Sign on: $150K
- Base Salary: $250K
- Additional weekend call paid at: $90.00 hr = $5,580

Income Incentive:
- Based upon collections over base salary. $425,000 = 47% of anything above that. At $500,000= 50% of anything above that.
- Loan: Through NHSC $50K for 2 years. We will match loan repayment if candidate is not able to receive loan.

- 200 hours of Extended Illness leave

Medical Benefits: Stipends starting at $10K -$70K a year - Benefit choice through hospital.

- ER-2 patients per day/4-5 IP per day/1-2 Swing bed patients
