The Essentia Primary Care
Physician works as a leader of a Care Team. Utilizing Essentia Care Processes,
the physician works collaboratively with other health care team members to
achieve patient care objectives and to provide continuity of care for patients
and families.
• Join a collegial team of 7 primary care
physicians and 8 advanced practice clinicians
• Full time is 32-36 hours a week. Part time
opportunity available.
• Physicians can expect to see 16-22 patients a
day
• Call is approximately 1:6 weekends
(hospitalist service in place)
• Procedures and OB services welcome but not
required.
• Many other onsite specialties including OB,
Peds, Surgery, Ortho, and Behavioral Health
• NHSC and state loan repayment site
