About This Solo / Independent Practice Opportunity

This Family Practice (w/o OB) opportunity in Michigan is offered as a solo/independent practice arrangement, one of several practice structures under which this position is available — others include single-specialty group, multi-specialty group, hospital/clinic/MSO employment, academic, and community health center/FQHC settings. As a solo/independent physician, you would own and run your own practice rather than being employed, billing under your own name, building your own patient panel, and directing your own staffing, scheduling, and practice style.

Financial support for this arrangement is structured through an income guarantee, consistent with the start-up assistance often used to help launch an independent practice; other financial structures (straight employment, production-bonus agreements, and contract) are also listed for the position's other practice options. The financial offering for this listing is noted as the national average tier.

The role carries an emergency department call rotation of 1:4. The community size associated with this position falls in the 100,000–499,999 range.
