An Established Health System is searching for a Primary Care Physician to join family practice group in Greenfield MA.
This position offers:
- Our well-established team of 7 physicians and 2 nurse practitioners who provide 100% outpatient primary care to adults and children in our state-of-the-art level three patient centered medical home.
- Provide team-based care to an underserved and rural population with 1:1 nursing support.
- Located across the street from regional Medical Center this practice has convenient access to local specialists as well as strong support from specialists.
- Hours are Monday-Friday with call by phone only.

The ideal candidate will be ABMS BC/BE in family medicine internal medicine or med/peds. Candidates must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills strong computer skills and have a commitment to patient-centered care.
