An Established Health System is searching for a BC/BE Internal Medicine-Pediatrics or Family Medicine physician to join Health Center in western MA.
This opportunity features:
- Our team of 20 providers is dedicated to providing outpatient innovative and compassionate primary care to the inner-city community. Level three patient centered medical home.
- Faculty appointment to School of Medicine and responsibility for precepting our 32 Med/Ped residents and medical students. Will open a medical school in Springfield in 2017 which will focus on urban and rural primary care medicine.
- Collaborative multidisciplinary teams are ready to assist you in providing high quality patient care.
- Strong subspecialty support from specialists onsite.
- This position offers a mix of primary care urgent care and teaching opportunities as well as the ability to develop a specialty interest.
The ideal candidate will be a superb clinician with a strong commitment to working with our underserved community. The ability to function well as part of a medical team is essential. Candidates must be BC/BE by the American Board of Internal-Medicine/Pediatrics or Family Medicine. Fluency in medical Spanish is a plus.
