What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide outpatient primary care to patients across the lifespan
- Manage preventive care, chronic disease, and acute medical conditions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams throughout the academic health system
- Participate in quality improvement, patient safety, and population health initiatives
- Optional: Inpatient coverage, obstetrics, or procedures based on your interests and training
- Teach and mentor medical students and residents
- Report directly to the Chair of the Department of Family Medicine
About You
- MD or DO; Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine
- Licensed in Massachusetts or eligible for MA medical licensure
- Passion for patient-centered care in a diverse urban setting
- Strong communicator and collaborative team member
- Interest in teaching, quality improvement, or health equity strongly preferred
