Hospital / Clinic Employed Family Practice (w/o OB) Job in PADUCAH, Kentucky
This Family Practice (without OB) position in Paducah, Kentucky is offered as a hospital/clinic-employed opportunity. In this arrangement, the health system serves as both your recruiter and employer: you work as a W-2 employee while the organization administers compensation, benefits, malpractice coverage, and scheduling, and typically supplies the clinical facility, staff, and referral infrastructure. This lets you focus on clinical care rather than the business side of practice.
Compensation here is structured as either straight employment or an employment agreement with a production bonus, and the financial offering is listed as Open. Emergency department call follows a 1:5 rotation. This is a permanent position, and partnership is not part of this arrangement.
