Single-Specialty Group Family Practice (w/o OB) Job in Lafayette, Indiana
This opportunity is structured as a single-specialty group role in Family Practice (without OB), where you would join an established practice of physicians in your own specialty. The clinical infrastructure, staffing, billing, and administrative operations are already in place, allowing you to focus on patient care with less individual administrative burden than a solo practice setting. This role is offered as a single-specialty group arrangement, and is also available under a multi-specialty group structure.
This permanent position is based in Lafayette, Indiana, in a community sized 50,000–99,999, and includes a defined path to partnership. Compensation is structured as an employment agreement with production bonus, with the financial offering listed at $225,000–$249,999. The practice includes relocation assistance, a signing bonus, a training stipend, and loan repayment assistance.
There is no patient call rotation and no emergency department call associated with this role. Candidates may be Board Certified or Board Eligible, trained through allopathic or osteopathic pathways, and may have completed medical school domestically or internationally, provided they hold US citizenship or a Green Card.
