Practice Details

Family Practice physician is needed in Northeast Colorado. This job is outpatient work only. You will join 1 physician and 2 mid level providers. You will work Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm. You will see 24 patients per day. Phone call only. The call is 3-4 times a month and 6 weekends a year. The payor mix is 38% Medicaid 9 % Medicare 3% CHP 37% slidiing fee schedule. The hospital that you are affiliated with has 25 beds. The population is 13900. The community offers an affordable mix of city and rural properties. The area has excellent parks trails and museums.
