Opportunity for a full-time Board Certified Internal Medicine physician to practice in highly regarded medical group in Northern California, located between San Francisco and Sacramento and 30 minutes from the Napa wine country. Top consideration given to candidates with 2+ years of post-residency experience.  This physician will provide outpatient care and limited call coverage.  Candidates with Active CA license will get priority, but applicants without CA license will be considered as well.  Highly stable regional healthcare system has been serving the community for over 60 years.  Medical group of over 100 providers provide exceptional primary and specialty care provide care to thousands of residents in the North Bay area.  Physicians have access to the most advanced medical care in the nation.  Specialty services include the country’s busiest Level II trauma center, women’s and children’s services, feature a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, a cancer center, heart and vascular service, chest pain center, interventional cardiology and cardiac surgery, orthopedic center, and neuroscience center.  All of these specialized services provide the highest level of comprehensive care.  Position comes with highly attractive compensation package with 3-5 years guaranteed salary, quality incentive bonus, wRVU production bonus, potential for compensation for supervision of advance practitioners, clinical team practices work in teams that include physician, psychology, pain management, RN’s, CDE, RD, MA and a patient service representative.  Highly competitive compensation package that includes guaranteed salary for 3-5 years, sign on bonus, relocation expense reimbursement, and wRVU production bonus.
