This Family Practice: Outpatient Only position in Killington, Vermont is offered as a hospital/clinic/MSO-employed arrangement, one of two practice structures under which this role is available (it is also offered within a multi-specialty group setting). As an employed physician, you would be a W-2 team member of the hiring organization, which administers compensation, benefits, malpractice coverage, and scheduling, and provides the clinical facility, staff, and referral infrastructure — allowing you to focus on clinical care rather than practice administration.
Compensation is structured through an income guarantee and an employment agreement with production bonus, with the financial offering listed at the national average tier. Relocation assistance is provided. There is no patient call and no emergency department call associated with this role.

We are seeking a BC/BE Family Practice Physician to work as part of our Primary Care Physician team within the greater Rutland Region in the central Vermont area.
We have 5 Primary Care locations: Rutland, Pawlet (Mettowee), Castleton, Brandon, and Shoreham Vermont. We also have two Urgent Care locations within our Rutland and Castleton Primary Care clinics.
Board certification strongly recommended
We are a multi-site FQHC serving 80% of the primary care needs in our community (central Vermont).. As the largest FQHC in northern New England, we have a large footprint that provides us with the opportunity to influence the evolving, local, state, and regional health care environment.
