Stable and quality driven medical group seeks an Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician outside Houston in Baytown, TX!

About the group:
· 30 years in practice
· 85 people
· 3 locations
· 7 MDs and 8 NP/PAs
· Group experiences long tenure with their team members.
· This group stresses quality and preventative care. They want providers to proactively prevent illnesses. E.g. schedule colonoscopies, mammograms, etc in advance.
About the Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician role:
· 10-18 patients per day on average. Patient panel already in place.
· Mostly adults, some kids seen in the practice. You have the option to see kids
· 8-5 mon-fri, call is 1 week every 4 weeks, and its 2-5 phone calls during that week
· This position is open because 1 MD is retiring in 1 year
· Will see Medicare to commercial patients, COPD to diabetes
Benefits:
· $200-250k yr base salary (DOE) plus Quality bonuses
