This Family Practice: Outpatient Only opportunity in Midland, Texas is offered on a permanent basis and includes an Administrative/Medical Director option alongside several other arrangements — solo-independent, single-specialty group, multi-specialty group, hospital/clinic/MSO employment, contract, and part-time. As an administrative or medical director role, it typically combines clinical work with leadership, quality, and organizational responsibilities, and may include a reduced clinical schedule as part of a salaried structure.
