The Opportunity:
· Passion for helping patients with palliative care needs and possesses a reputation and positive image in the community as an authority in hospice and palliative medicine.
· Responsible for overall direction, care and treatment of hospice patients
· Oversight for Plan of Care to meet the patient’s medical needs
· Assess and reevaluate the patient’s medical needs
· Manage related expenditures in a fiscally responsible manner in accordance with the budget
The Requirements:
· MD/DO, Board Certified
· Unrestricted license or able to apply promptly
· Unrestricted DEA
· Experienced with hospice and palliative medicine preferred
