This outpatient-only Family Practice opportunity in Elko, Nevada is offered as a hospital/clinic-employed position, one of several practice arrangements available for this role (which is also offered as solo-independent, single-specialty group, and multi-specialty group). As an employed physician, you would work as a W-2 employee, with the employer administering compensation, benefits, malpractice coverage, and scheduling, and typically supplying the clinical facility, staff, and referral infrastructure. This arrangement is designed to minimize business and administrative responsibilities so you can focus on clinical care.
The financial structure for this position may include an income guarantee, straight employment, or an employment agreement with a production bonus, with the financial offering listed in the $225,000–$249,999 range. There is no patient call and no emergency department call associated with this role.
This position is open to physicians who are Board Certified or Board Eligible, trained as MD or DO, and includes candidates who are American Medical Graduates or Foreign Medical Graduates. Schedule is standard and typical M-F, 8-5 business hours and largely to be determined by physician. No OB and no procedures. Excellent payor mix and patient population. No managed care.
