This outpatient-only Family Practice position in Harwich, Massachusetts is offered as a Single-Specialty Group opportunity. Great opportunity to walk into an established practice of a retiring Family Physician on beautiful Cape Cod. Work with a highly trained staff in a fully established office.
We have had an EMR since 2004 and it continues to adapt to the latest incentive and government programs. Our EMR is available to be accessed at remote sites such as your home,
a nursing home or on your cell phone.
We are flexible and are willing to have a family physician build his/her own practice.
If you are really independent we have a separate office suite that we just completed renovating.
So a lot depends on how you want to practice. It is important to us that you enjoy coming to work.
Our office is PCMH Level 3, has successfully done Meaningful Use since 2011 and PQRS since 2007.
Our physicians are over goal for attesting to MIPS/MACRA this year. Our staff is very
supportive and our EMR collects a lot of our structured data for these goals. We expect to earn
PCMH Prime soon.
We are a traditional family practice although we do not do OB and after 40 years
we no longer do admissions to our local hospital. We enjoy the fact
that some of our families are on their 5th generation.
We cover with another BC Family Physician so call in 1 in 3 but is light.
We are part of NEQCA who has placed a social worker in our office to help facilitate
the many social and mental health issues that come up in practice.
