* Join established community health center with multiple sites
* Responsible for 10 -15 providers within the CHC, including physicians, NPs and PAs, and DON
* 40 hour work week with flexible hours -- 60 % clinical,40% Admin
* Internal or Family Medicine physicians will be considered
* Clinic Hours: open T-W-Th 8-8 and M and F 8-5 * Sat. 9-1 – Saturdays are optional for the providers as they have other providers that take them --other sites have 1 - 2 evenings open
* Physician's alternate call during the week plus 1 weekend per month
