They provide primary care, podiatry, dental care, behavioral health, and patient education services through five regional clinics. You will join the leadership team in an organization that prioritizes compassion, innovation, integrity, and excellence. You will earn an outstanding compensation package exceeding $225,000/year! Begin with a cash signing bonus, and paid relocation. The employer will pay your license fees, and provide FTCA (federal tort claims act) liability insurance, fully paid family health insurance, and a 401k retirement plan too. Medical school loan repayment is also available! You will provide direction, oversight and reviews for the clinical staff, in addition to developing policies, improving quality, providing strategic planning, and more. In this hands-on role, you will split your time 50/50 between leadership responsibilities and delivering excellent outpatient primary care in Lincoln, a picturesque town of several thousand just 45 minutes north of Bangor – Maine’s third largest city. Assume a panel with patients of all ages, supported by an expert clinical and office team, practicing in the main office – a beautiful 28,000 square foot healthcare complex with modern features, up-to-date technology, fully integrated EMR, and on-site radiology/lab. Lincoln is a friendly town at the base of the Maine Highlands.
