• Community Health Center • Beautiful new facility built in 2010.—our suite was built out and moved in Jan. 2014---even newer than entire building. 6 exam rooms; 1 procedure room. • Patient population is predominantly 19 y/o and older; majority of patients fall in 46-55 age range. Low volume at present – 32-40 patient visits per week. Volume is expected to increase with steady provider in place. • Call is expected; call shared with the other Physicians in Hospital group • Hours are M & W – 9:00 to 5:00 p.m.; Tuesday – 9:00 to 7:00 p.m.; Thursday is an administrative day; Friday – 9:00 to noon.
