Qualifications of a ChenMed Provider:
- Unrestricted Florida MD or DO License
- Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Practice
- Fellowship in Geriatric is a PLUS
- At least 1 year of Primary Care experience preferred
- Managed Care experience a plus
