Hospital / Clinic Employed Family Practice: Outpatient Only Job in Lecanto, Florida
This Outpatient Only Family Practice role in Lecanto, Florida is offered as a hospital/clinic-employed position: you would be a W-2 employee of the employing organization, which handles compensation, benefits, malpractice coverage, and scheduling, and provides the clinical facility and supporting infrastructure. This lets you focus on clinical care without the administrative responsibilities of running a practice. The same role is also listed under solo-independent, single-specialty group, and multi-specialty group structures, so this employed option is one of several ways the position can be arranged.
Compensation for this employed arrangement may follow an income guarantee, straight employment, or an employment agreement with a production bonus, and the financial offering is listed as Open. There is no patient call and no emergency department call associated with this position.
The organization considers candidates who are board certified, trained as MD or DO, whether U.S. or foreign medical graduates, and at any experience level from recently trained to very experienced. Physicians on U.S. citizen, green card, or J-1 visa status are eligible to apply.
