Hope all is well…. Reaching out regarding a new opportunity that we represent. This opportunity will be full-time, Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, seeing 8-10 patients/ day, and in an outpatient clinic setting. The opportunity will open up as soon as you are available and the duration is on-going and may lead to permanent employment. We are looking for a primary care provider that is passionate about working with geriatrics patients and excited to work with a PACE program that focuses solely on quality of care. This not-for-profit facility allows you to see patients for 60-90 minutes per patient to ensure you have the time to comprehensively address all of their needs. To ensure continuity of care, each day is started with a meeting between our interdisciplinary staff that includes dentists, social workers, psychiatrists, mid-levels, and other primary care providers. We discuss recent patient visits, plans for those patients' care, and plan our day accordingly. We are looking for a quality candidate that is Board Certified and licensed in Colorado.
