Solo / Independent Practice Family Practice: Outpatient Only Job in San Diego, California
This outpatient Family Practice opportunity in San Diego is offered as a solo/independent practice arrangement, one of several practice structures available for this position (also offered as single-specialty group, community health center/FQHC, or contract). The financial offering for this listing is noted as "Open."
There is no patient call or emergency department call associated with this role.

As a Provider, you will manage a small panel of high-complexity patients. Quality is valued over quantity. You will be able to invest time in your patient visits, which is highly unusual in a traditional fee-for-service model. Home visits typically last 45 minutes to an hour, which grants you ample time as a Provider to complete medication management, disease education, and collaborate with your extended team or community of clinicians.
