Responsible for providing preventative, curative, and rehabilitative medical care to patients and determine appropriate regimen of health care for each patient’s care. Maintaining supervision of case management of Community Health Systems, Inc. patient’s including but not limited to: referral to appropriate specialists, ancillary services, arranging home care and hospital care if needed, call backs to pharmacies and patients as needed.
