This outpatient-only Family Practice position in Phoenix, Arizona is a permanent role offered through a hospital/clinic/MSO-employed arrangement. In this structure, the employer serves as both the recruiting and paying entity — you would be brought on as a W-2 employee, with the organization administering compensation, benefits, malpractice coverage, and scheduling, while providing the clinical facility and supporting infrastructure. This arrangement is designed to minimize business and administrative responsibilities so you can focus on clinical care.
